flown in and planted into the creek behind our house. I thought he had lost his mind!
Just after the trout were planted, I heard him yell
for all of us to come out and rub the tummies of these trout. We all came running even though we had no idea what he was talking about. To our surprise and amazement, there were hundreds
of trout and so many were "belly up". In order for us to save their lives, we had to jump into the creek and rub their tummies. This balanced their equilibrium that was affected by their
long journey in a helicopter. Soon, as they became balanced, they swam off to enjoy their new home.
I will never forget what I learned that day!
